Customer Service Executive
Job Location: Singapore
Job Type: Sales/Customer Service
- Ensure smooth operations of indoor sales
- Attend to walk-in Customers.
- Attend to Customer queries and complaint. (Via: Incoming calls, fax, walk-in and emails).
- Deliver a superior customer service experience
- Ability to handle difficult situation independently.
- Process orders (DO, CN, Cash receipts)
- Any other ad hoc matters
- Candidate with at least O Levels qualifications is preferred, candidates without the qualifications but with relevant experience would be considered too.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is preferred. Entry level candidates with the right attitude would be considered too.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to attend to Chinese speaking carpenters & customer queries and complaint)
- Ability to work with other team members.
- Be accountable for your own standard of work and perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and strong desire to learn.
- Pleasant working attitude
- Knowledge of Interior Design is a plus.
- Ability to work alternate Saturday due to nature of Business.
