Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Singapore
Job Type: Sales/Customer Service
Job Description:

  • Ensure smooth operations of indoor sales
  • Attend to walk-in Customers.
  • Attend to Customer queries and complaint. (Via: Incoming calls, fax, walk-in and emails).
  • Deliver a superior customer service experience
  • Ability to handle difficult situation independently.
  • Process orders (DO, CN, Cash receipts)
  • Any other ad hoc matters

Requirements:

  • Candidate with at least O Levels qualifications is preferred, candidates without the qualifications but with relevant experience would be considered too. 
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is preferred. Entry level candidates with the right attitude would be considered too. 
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to attend to Chinese speaking carpenters & customer queries and complaint)
  • Ability to work with other team members.
  • Be accountable for your own standard of work and perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and strong desire to learn.
  • Pleasant working attitude
  • Knowledge of Interior Design is a plus.
  • Ability to work alternate Saturday due to nature of Business.
